Effective Date: September 20, 2026
This Acknowledgment of Work and Service Authorization (“Agreement”) governs services performed by Eros Precision (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Estero, Florida, for its customers (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”).
By purchasing services, submitting components for work, or affirmatively accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
Eros Precision provides customization, installation, maintenance, and related services involving eligible non-serialized components and accessories.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Slide and barrel porting and customization.
- Laser engraving and surface marking.
- Installation of sights, optics, optic plates, and slide components.
- Barrel and compensator installation or timing.
- Magazine component installation and maintenance.
- Installation of compatible lights, accessories, and other non-serialized components.
- Cleaning, lubrication, and other services expressly accepted by Eros Precision.
The specific services authorized for each order are limited to those identified in the Customer’s order, invoice, or other written agreement.
Eros Precision reserves the right to decline or discontinue any service that it determines is outside its capabilities, legally restricted, unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable.
2. Customer Ownership and Authorization
The Customer represents and warrants that:
a. They are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to possess and use the components submitted for service.
b. They are the lawful owner of the submitted components or have the lawful owner’s express authorization to request the work.
c. The components are not stolen, unlawfully possessed, or otherwise subject to restrictions that prohibit the requested services.
d. They have accurately identified the components, their manufacturer, model, and any relevant aftermarket modifications.
The Customer expressly authorizes Eros Precision to perform the services described in the applicable order or invoice.
Any additional work requiring a material change in scope or price will require Customer approval before proceeding.
3. Non-Serialized Components and Legal Compliance
Eros Precision operates as a non-FFL service business and limits its services to activities it is legally authorized to perform.
Customers must not ship, deliver, or otherwise transfer serialized frames, receivers, complete firearms, or other regulated items to Eros Precision unless the Company has expressly confirmed that the transaction is lawful and authorized.
The Customer is responsible for complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws governing their ownership, possession, transportation, and use of submitted components.
Eros Precision may refuse, cancel, or return an order when necessary to comply with applicable law.
Nothing in this Agreement authorizes Eros Precision or the Customer to engage in any activity prohibited by law.
4. Acknowledgment of Permanent Modifications
The Customer understands that certain customization services, including slide porting, barrel porting, engraving, material removal, and other machining operations, permanently alter the submitted components.
Such modifications may:
- Permanently change the original appearance or dimensions of a component.
- Affect the manufacturer’s original warranty.
- Change the component’s resale value.
- Affect compatibility with other components or accessories.
- Require additional inspection, adjustment, or maintenance.
The Customer acknowledges that permanent modifications generally cannot be reversed and expressly authorizes the modifications specified in their order.
5. Performance, Compatibility, and Function
The Customer understands that modifications and aftermarket components may affect the performance, operation, reliability, or compatibility of an assembled firearm.
Eros Precision does not guarantee that a modified component will function with every firearm configuration, ammunition type, accessory, or aftermarket part.
Any performance expectations, compatibility representations, or service-specific warranties must be expressly stated in writing by Eros Precision.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that any completed assembly is inspected and evaluated by an appropriately qualified professional before use, where appropriate.
The Customer must discontinue use if a malfunction, abnormal operation, or suspected safety issue occurs.
6. Cosmetic Variations and Workmanship
The Customer acknowledges that custom work may involve minor cosmetic variations arising from component condition, material composition, existing finishes, manufacturing tolerances, or the customization process.
Eros Precision will use reasonable care in performing authorized services.
Preexisting damage, wear, finish inconsistencies, corrosion, and defects may affect the final result.
The Customer should notify Eros Precision promptly of any suspected workmanship issue and provide a reasonable opportunity for inspection and resolution.
Nothing in this section excludes any express warranty provided in writing or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
7. Customer-Supplied Components
Customers submitting their own components acknowledge that Eros Precision may not be able to verify their manufacturing history, material integrity, prior modifications, or underlying defects.
Eros Precision is not responsible for preexisting defects or damage unrelated to its services.
If an undisclosed condition prevents the requested work from being performed safely or appropriately, Eros Precision may suspend the service and contact the Customer to discuss available options.
Any additional charges must be disclosed and approved before additional work is performed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eros Precision shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from services performed under this Agreement.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in this Agreement releases Eros Precision from responsibility for its own gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be waived.
The Customer acknowledges that firearm-related activities involve inherent risks and agrees to use modified components only in a lawful and responsible manner.
9. Order Changes, Cancellations, and Returns
Custom services may involve irreversible work or components prepared specifically for an individual order.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the status of the order, the nature of the services, and Eros Precision’s published Returns & Refunds Policy.
If work has already begun, applicable charges for authorized work performed may be deducted from any refund, to the extent permitted by law and the applicable policy.
Nothing in this Agreement limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Customers are responsible for following the shipping instructions provided by Eros Precision and all applicable carrier requirements and laws.
Eros Precision may refuse or return packages containing prohibited, undeclared, or unauthorized items.
Responsibility for shipping costs, insurance, and claims will be governed by the applicable order terms and published policies, subject to applicable law.
11. Customer Acknowledgment and Consent
By affirmatively accepting this Agreement, the Customer confirms that:
- They have read and understand this Acknowledgment of Work and Service Authorization.
- They are legally authorized to request the services.
- They understand that certain modifications are permanent.
- They understand that modifications may affect component compatibility, performance, and manufacturer warranties.
- They authorize Eros Precision to perform the specific services identified in their order or invoice.
- They agree to the applicable terms and policies referenced in this Agreement.
The Customer acknowledges that acceptance of this Agreement constitutes their electronic consent to the terms presented at the time of acceptance.
12. Governing Law

If any provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
