Eros Precision, LLC provides products and services involving eligible non-serialized firearm components and accessories.
Non-FFL Status
Eros Precision is not a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).
We do not accept serialized firearm frames, receivers, or complete firearms for gunsmithing services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any component submitted to Eros Precision is legally eligible to be shipped, received, possessed, modified, and returned without an FFL under applicable law.
Firearm Modifications
Modification of firearm components may affect firearm function, reliability, recoil characteristics, ammunition compatibility, warranty coverage, and other performance characteristics.
Services such as slide and barrel porting may require changes to ammunition selection, recoil spring weight, or other components to achieve reliable operation.
No particular performance improvement or compatibility is guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
Installation & Inspection
Any firearm incorporating a modified or aftermarket component should be properly assembled, inspected, and tested by the customer or professional of their choosing before being relied upon.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the completed firearm is safe, properly assembled, and suitable for its intended use.
Legal Compliance
Customers are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, transportation, installation, modification, and use of firearm components and accessories.
Assumption of Risk
Firearms and firearm components involve inherent risks. By purchasing products or services from Eros Precision, the customer acknowledges those risks and accepts responsibility for the lawful and safe use of the resulting components and firearm.
